We believe that webinar is a powerful tool to bring leaders together in the comfort of your home every last Tuesday of the month at 9 pm. Our goal is to have seminars, discussion panels and lessons for Youth Pastors, Associate Youth Pastors and Youth Leaders. Also, twice a year, we will open up the webinars to all of our youth and bring topics that will encourage them to serve in the youth ministry. We are looking forward to have some amazing speakers invest into our Youth Leadership!

We understand that youth ministry is challenging at times. Leaders could get carried away in a day to day grind. Our goal is to develop and provide leadership and organizational resources that will help you as a Youth Pastor to be more effective in your ministry.

Our goal is to help you in your ministry and to stand side by side with you
According to the statistics, majority of the youth pastors and youth leaders are volunteers. Most of those people have passion and zeal to serve but a lot of them find themselves running in circles, trying to balance personal life and ministry. We want to help you. First of all to pray with you. Many times we give, give and give but don’t have a place from where we can receive! Second, we want to help you see your life and ministry from the birds eye view. Third, we want to teach you how to implement resources to help you raise new leaders, build a team and delegate.
