Our vision is for every church to have a well functioning youth ministry

As of January 1st, 2018 I stepped into the role that Mike Ostapovich carried for many years, working with youth leaders on the East Coast.

iGrowLeaders was created to unite & equip slavic youth leaders in United States. As a leader you must understand that you really can’t be effective alone. Eventually you will realize that it’s much better and more productive to be involved with other leaders just like you – to grow, to be inspired and to inspire someone else.

My goal for iGrowLeaders visitors is two fold:

1. iGrow

2. iGrowLeaders

It’s that simple. I need to grow first and then I would be able to raise good leaders around me. The purpose of iGrowLeaders is to support Youth Leaders through:

1.Webinars

2.Resources

3.Mentorship

My hope and prayer is for God to do something amazing in the ministry that you are involved in. And I would be really happy if iGrowLeaders and myself could be a part of your blessing.

Honestly, it’s a big privilege and a big responsibility. I also understand that I can’t be effective alone. Currently I am working on putting a team together. I am looking for individuals that would like to be part of a team that will make a difference and will influence others for God!
